Import media from Shopify Files
Updated 2 months ago
Import images and videos directly from your Shopify Files library into your Moast media library. This is useful if you already have product videos or images stored in Shopify and want to use them in your Moast widgets.
Import from Shopify Files
Go to Media in your Moast dashboard.
Click Add media.
Select Shopify Files as the import source.
Use the Search Shopify Files field to find files by name, or browse the list of available images and videos from your Shopify Files library.
Select the files you want to import.
Click Save to add the selected files to your Moast media library.
Files uploaded by Moast (filenames starting with "moast-") are hidden from this list to avoid duplicates.
If no files appear
If you see "No images or videos found in Shopify Files," make sure you have images or videos in your Shopify Files library. Only image and video file types are shown.
If you see "No images or videos found in Shopify Files matching your search," try a different search term or clear the search to see all available files.
If the import fails to load
If you see "Failed to load Shopify Files. Please try again," refresh the page and try again. If the error persists, contact support using the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner.
