Fix a widget that is hidden because it has too little media

A Carousel, Grid, or Stories widget stays hidden on the storefront when it has fewer media items than its Minimum media to display value.

Lower the minimum or add more media

Change the setting when the widget has enough content for your store but does not meet the configured minimum.

1. Open the widget in the Moast editor.

2. Open the Media tab.

3. Find Minimum media to display.

4. Lower the value or add more media to the widget.

5. Click Save.

The setting defaults to 1 and supports values from 1 to 20 for Carousel, Grid, and Stories widgets.

Minimum media applies to both selection modes

Minimum media to display is available for both Manual and Smart media selection. The separate Media count setting is hidden when Media selection is Manual, because it only applies to automatic selection.
