How to Generate an AI Video From an Image

You can turn an image in your Media library into a short AI-generated marketing video. The video is created in about five minutes and added to your library automatically.
Before you start
AI video generation works on images that are already in your Media library. Each video you generate uses one AI video generation from your plan, and the feature must be included in your plan.
Generate an AI video from an image
Go to Media and open the image you want to use.
In the AI Video Generation section, click Generate AI Video.
Check the confirmation. It explains that the process typically takes about 5 minutes and uses one AI video generation from your plan. If your plan has a limit, it also shows how many generations you've used this period.
Click Generate Video.
Generation starts right away. The page updates by itself while the video is being made.
Follow the generation status
The Video generation section shows where the process is:
Queued – waiting to start
Video is being generated...
Processing generated video...
Creating media and profile...
Video generation completed successfully – done
Video generation failed – the process stopped, and the section shows the reason
It usually takes about 5 minutes, but it can take longer. Once the video is ready, it appears in your Media library.
Open your generated video
When the generation is complete, the section shows Video Generated Successfully!
Click View Generated Video.
The new video opens on its page in your Media library.
Usage limits
If your plan includes a set number of AI video generations per billing period, the confirmation shows how many you've used out of your limit this period.
When you reach your limit, the page shows a Usage limit reached banner with a Contact us button, so you can ask to increase your limit.
If AI video generation isn't available on your plan, the Generate AI Video button stays disabled.
